Baton Rouge & 1st Football Workout

Last night I returned from Baton Rouge. My friend and I went down to take care of some cases we are doing there. All went well. It is a pretty part of the country and the downtown area looks very similar (in a small way) to New Orleans. In between cases we stopped at a cafe for an iced coffee and sat outside and enjoyed the scenery. I love the ironwork on the balconies and all of the ferns. Very nice trip, but too short to have much fun, just work.
It is very hot here, mid 90s consistently. The nighttime temp does not drop to under the high 70s so no cool breeze. That is life in the south.
On a brighter note Mitch and Snapp both started football practice yesterday. Mitch is used to it so he did great as usual. Snapp had fun but he is not used to the heat here so he was a bit under the weather. They both relaxed last night. Both of the boys are ready to hit practice again today though.
Tucker is doing well and really enjoying summer camp. Today they are going on a field trip to the local science center. He loves science so today is his best day of the week.
