We saw the Ortho Specialist, Mitch has a partially torn ligament in his right knee. It should heal on it's own but he needs to stay off of it, and wear a brace constantly. The doctor said he can play football, but he doesn't recommend it. Sooo Mitch decided to play football. He is in the game this Friday, it is the first district game of the season against Parkway. He is very excited to play, he is wearing his knee brace during the game and all but he thinks the 2-3 weeks he has been out of the game is enough sitting out for the season.
He has another trip to the doctor Oct 8, to recheck the knee, and we are hoping everything will work out OK.
